- •Manage full-cycle recruitment process for technical and non-technical roles
- •Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
- •Oversee employee onboarding, development, and performance management
- •Administer benefits, compensation, and compliance matters
- •Foster an inclusive and engaging company culture
- •Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR matters
- •Implement programs for employee growth, well-being, and retention
◆ Requirements
- •Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- •5+ years of HR experience, preferably in tech startups or scale-ups
- •Knowledge of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance
- •Experience with HRIS and ATS systems
- •Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- •Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion
- •Understanding of the unique HR challenges in the tech industry
