The Team behind Lazy Dynamics

Meet the Team

The team behind cutting-edge research in scalable Bayesian inference.

Three PhD co-founders out of the same lab that helped build modern Bayesian inference, alongside advisors who helped build the field. Now we're bringing that research to bear on adaptive AI for the physical world.

Team

Albert Podusenko

Chief Executive Officer

Co-built one of the most widely used open-source Bayesian inference engines.

İsmail Şenöz

Chief Technology Officer

Designed the underlying math — hybrid Bayesian inference on factor graphs.

Bart van Erp

Chief Product Officer

Full-stack from the math down to the device.

Alex Sidorov

Chief Revenue Officer

Leads commercial strategy and growth.

Wouter Nuijten

Senior Machine Learning Engineer

Machine learning engineering across the stack.

Advisory Board

Distinguished experts guiding our strategic direction and technical innovation.

Bert de Vries

Co-Founder & Advisor

Bert is a Full Professor at the Signal Processing Systems group of Eindhoven University of Technology. His research focuses on probabilistic inference and autonomous agents. He is the scientific father of the RxInfer framework and a pioneer in reactive message passing. Bert co-founded Lazy Dynamics to bridge the gap between academic research and industrial application.

Kevin Murphy

Research Advisor

Kevin is a renowned machine learning researcher and former Associate Professor of Computer Science and Statistics at the University of British Columbia. He is the author of the highly influential textbooks 'Machine Learning: A Probabilistic Perspective' and 'Probabilistic Machine Learning', which have become essential references in the field.
