This privacy policy ("Privacy Policy") explains how we collect, use, disclose, and process your personal data when you use our software, platform, APIs, Documentation and related tools, including our website at lazydynamics.com, and all related software and tools made available by Lazy Dynamics to build, deploy, host, and manage projects (collectively, the "Service").

Please note that this Privacy Policy does not apply where Lazy Dynamics acts as a data processor and processes personal data on behalf of commercial customers using our commercial services, for example, if your employer has provisioned a Lazy Dynamics account for you to use at work. Our use of that data is governed by our customer agreements covering access to and use of those offerings.

C. Information we do not collect

Lazy Dynamics does not knowingly collect sensitive or special category personal information, such as genetic data, biometric data for the purposes of uniquely identifying a natural person, health information, or religious information. Additionally, Lazy Dynamics does not knowingly collect information from or direct any of our Service or content to children under the age of 16 without parental consent. If we learn or have reason to suspect that a user is under the age of 16, we will investigate and, if appropriate, delete the personal data and/or the account.

D. Cookies and website analytics

Our website at lazydynamics.com does not show a cookie banner, because it sets no analytics, advertising or marketing cookies. The website uses the following services:

• Website analytics (PostHog): We use PostHog to count page views and to learn which pages visitors use. PostHog does not store cookies or other data on your device. It keeps a random identifier in the memory of the open page, and this identifier is deleted when you close or reload the page. PostHog receives the pages you view, the page that referred you, your browser and device type, and your IP address. PostHog, Inc. processes this data for us on servers in the United States. We do not use this data to identify you, and we do not combine it with other data about you.
• Contact form (Google reCAPTCHA and Resend): When you start to use the contact form, the website loads Google reCAPTCHA to protect the form against spam. reCAPTCHA does not load before you move to or click on the form. Google can set cookies and receives information about your device and how you use the page. The Google Privacy Policy applies to that data. We send the message you write to our team by email through Resend.
• Scheduling a call (Cal.com): When you use a "Schedule a call" button, the website loads the booking calendar of Cal.com from its EU servers. The calendar does not load before you point to or select the button. Cal.com can set the cookies that the booking needs, and receives the details you enter to book the call.

2. How we use personal data

We use your personal data for the following purposes:

• To provide and maintain our Service, including optional features that enhance functionality and user experience.
• To create, manage, and administer your account, including facilitating payments and responding to inquiries.
• To improve and develop the Service and conduct research, including debugging and identifying or repairing issues that impair functionality or performance.

• Service Providers and Business Partners: We may disclose personal data to third-party vendors and Service providers who support our business operations and help us deliver the Service.
